2018 HPOU Scholarship Information
It is that time of year again, the HPOU is releasing the 2018 scholarship applications. If you are a dependent of an active or retired member in good standing with the HPOU please submit an application and essay by downloading the application below.
The HPOU gave out scholarships to 77 young men and women last year totaling over $36,000, let’s make this year even better.
