PATROL OFFICER OF THE MONTH / INVESTIGATOR OFFICER OF THE MONTH

Officers Kumar and Elliot with South Central Division for their work on a CIT call.  Detective Cole with Major Assaults Division on her work with shooting scenes and aggravated assault cases.

 

TREASURER’S REPORT

The motion to accept the treasury report was made by Ricky Brasuell, second by Dan Levine, motion carried.

 

COMMUNICATIONS

Election sign-up is now over, election is starting October 10th

Constitution re-writes and by-laws highlighted the changes done and approved. FOP updates and positions as well as other issues which will be highlighted in emails and online.  This will be up for approval in the election as well.

Family leave is now active but there are still a lot of questions and HPOU is trying to get answers from the city.  Many people off currently, 300+.  Will continue to hurt for a while. City will be updating policy shortly.

HPOPS elections upcoming as well.

Family Picnic is November 12th from 10am-7pm.

Remember to sign up for Online ID protection at the 3rd floor.
