Thank you for the prayers, love and support shown to our family with the Dieffenbachia plant given for mom’s funeral. Mom fought a good fight and the victory is now hers because of the blood of Jesus. We have peace in knowing that her new residence is in Heaven with Jesus, our Savior. Please keep us in your prayers as we move forward.

Dear Police Officers Union,
My dad loved nature, animals and birds so the plant you sent was perfect. It had two birds in it!
Thank you for the plant you sent to my house. I appreciate you thinking of me and my family. I miss my dear father. Thanks again.

To the Staff of the HPOU,
Thank you for your kind words expressed during the loss of my mother, Eveline Brunson. May you be blessed always.
Thank you for the lovely arrangement for Laura. She was a part of HPD for over 30 years as most of us were. She always went the extra mile for each officer when she could. Thanks a lot.

Dear Houston Police Officers Union,
I want to sincerely thank you for supporting me as a Fair Queen Candidate. It has been a wonderful year serving as the 2015 Montgomery County Fair Queen. Without your support I would not have been able to do this. This year I focused on our law enforcement in my community service projects, and created “Give Law Enforcement a Hand.” I cut out blue paper hands and went to several events where the community wrote words of encouragement, scripture, blessing, and thanks. I collected a total of over 1,500 hands and have distributed them throughout Montgomery County as well as to HPD. As Fair Queen I have spoken to fourth graders about true beauty, and read books to first graders and kindergartners. I visited with veterans monthly, went to HLSR and rode in the Grand Entry for Luke Bryan, and helped at Special Angel’s Rodeo. Once again, thank you for supporting me and allowing me to serve our communities as the Montgomery County Fair Queen.
